The breakfast that was included in the price was terrible. They didn't provided enough food to all guests, it had a very poor variety (comparing with any other 4/5 star hotel I had stayed), wet cutlery, dirty tables and poor staff service. Very disappointing....
The lobby and the pools were nice, but the saunas weren't working properly. The room that we stayed was old. The TV had issues with the volume and the air conditioner couldn't be set up less than 22 degrees (in a hot day @Gold Coast this is very uncomfortable). I wouldn't stay there again!
