Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. We had a one bedroom suite and it was very roomy. Bathroom was very spacious and pool area was outstanding. Not very busy either. No problems with a sun lounge. Short walk to monorail stations, short taxi to Bukit bintang eating/shopping area. Would definitely stay here again, even with our 20 month toddler who liked it as well.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the KL Pacific Regency and I would highly recommend it to anybody,any age! It was so beautiful and staff super friendly and very professional. Cant wait to return, will recommend it to friends and family.
The restaurant, the pool, the massage salon,house keeping and reception all EXCELLENT!!!!
