Guest comments	Very good value. Staff very helpful and friendly but limited English - however this not really a problem because of helpful attitude. Location is downtown Santiago - a bit quiet and downmarket at weekends - not where most tourists stay but it's a reasonably safe and convenient location. Has a dining room which is convenient if you dont want to go out for dinner.

Guest comments	Nice small hotel in the city center. Very valuable. Normal breakfast and nice staff. Clean rooms, but the AC was not good.
