Guest comments	We were placed in one of the refurbished floors which is a good improvement on the previous rooms. The newly reopened pool, sauna, stream room and exercise facilities make this an excellent hotel. The location is only a 10 min walk to the tube station. My only minor gripe is the service we received at check in when we were assured we would received 2 double rooms only got 2 twins pushed together! Otherwise an excellent stay.

Guest comments	This is not a hotel for you if you want easy access to MTR; need to walk a lot of steps to the nearest one which take about 15 mins. Services are very good, most staff are friendly and can speak English. There are lots of shops nearby for bargain shoppings. Hotel room is clean and reasonable size.
