Guest comments	Lack of staff to assist during checked in. Need to look for direction to the room, no one come to help. Need more proactive response to lift the service further. During checked out, one of the member left his handphone in room. Found out on the way to airport, managed to call hotel to locate his handphone and delivered to airport by the agent rep. Well done and impress with this service.
