If you are not a budget traveller, definitely do not consider this hotel. Very shabby and poorly maintained. Do not be fooled by the photo on line. The staff there actively asked for tips. We ask for airport pick up, which was quoted as included but then told that it applied to international only. We flew from Udaipur and therefore not applicable. I wonder if we say international, then they will say it only applies to domestic. We got pre-paid taxi from airport which charged us 200 INR but the hotel charged us 450 INR when we left for the airport. Even if you are a budget traveller, this hotel is not a choice.

For the price is was good value. Bathroom was not so good with newspaper on the windows. I think though that it had good points such as the pick up from the airport, room service and breakfast were all good. Comfortable bed.

We were very surprised that the airport pick-up really worked! We arrived at 1 a.m., and ordered a full dinner with some beers from the room service, no problem! 24 h room service was perfect, and the staff was friendly and spoke good English. Karol Bagh area is a lively market area, we liked it but some people might not. Anyway, a good experience compared to many other hotels we have seen in India.
