Great service. Suburb breakfast on the 20th floor! Late check-out? No problem (15:30). Very near to the Durban ICC congress center. Venue for money is a +++++. Need something, you only have to ask and the arrange it for you. Friends and family go there!

Indian restaurant was excellent for service and variety. View from retaurant where breakfast is served is terrific.
Diappointing coffee shop where service was very slow. It did not live up to its stylish reputation.
Staff seemed unhappy.
