Hi the Hotel was excellent, good location,only the breakfast was not good at all,the selection was fine if you like asian food in the morning,i have been to phuket many times before,but have to say this was the worst selection of food i have ever had in thailand,so much so that myself and my daughter had to go elswhere for breakfast,Yours Faithfully

Most of the staff are absolutely lovely - we had the odd staff memeber working late hours at the desk who werent that helpful, but overall i would say most of the staff were fantastic. The room cleaners were extremely friendly and sweet. The facilities were nice - i would definetely recommend the Royal Wing, rather than the Paradise wing, which is a bit outdated. Location wise, its good for shopping, and its relatively close to the beach, and close to Bangla road too. There is a shuttle at the hotel to the beach which is convenient enough.
