Kept waiting for 2 hours to check in. We were apparently upgraded when our room was finally ready (at 5pm) but weren't told of this until we asked for recompence. Paid a premium for the Club lounge which was pleasant but a word to the wise; on a Saturday night, get there early. Everyone indulges in the freebies and it's a bit of a bunfight. Valet parking was extra although supposedly included.

Very comfortable hotel, very conveniently located though up a steep hill so you have to be fit if walking back! Excellent facilities, staff etc. Club floor very useful with good breakfasts/snacks/aperitifs etc.
