Rooms The range of fully self contained one and two bedroom apartments are well appointed and reflect modern contemporary living. All apartments offer guests wide north east views taking in ocean, beach and the Surfers Paradise skyline. Apartments feature spacious living areas, kitchens, separate laundry and balconies with outdoor furniture.
Restaurant The property does not have restaurant facilities. Several restaurants are available in the surroundings where you can relish a wide variety of local, regional and international cuisine.
General Leisure facilities include superb heated salt water swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, two covered BBQ areas, children's playground and two full size astro turf tennis courts.

The apartment may have been slightly dated but it was very clean nevertheless - value for money. It is in a great location, 5 min walk to some restaurants, 10min walk to major shopping precinct/mall, and a matter of minutes to the nearest bus stops for all the theme parks.
Foxtel is provided, though not all channels. Security it good too as you need a key to scan yourself in after hours and in the lifts.
Managers were very helpful especially with local advice re: restaurants, bus stops, etc.
We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone.

The owners were not very welcoming and made my family fee like we were kids ready to crash the place.
Would not recomed to my friends for the same price should have stayed some where else.
