This hotel had premium location to the lake and main street and was in close vicinity to restaurants. We stayed in a room which had just been refurbished - plastic was still on the electrical switches. The room was quiet and spacious, and the bed was comfortable enough. The main dissapointment came after the room had been serviced - the bed had been very roughly made and the bathroom benches hadn't even been wiped down. Not normally a problem for us (we aren't picky) but in a hotel of this 'level' one would expect a clean service. Car parking was available, but with a room at the end of a very long hallway the walk to the room was long, and with no lift taking heavy bags upstairs was no easy feat.

Very friendly & helpful staff. The spa facility was excellent & location close to all eating places. We would stay here again, no problems.
