Guest comments	well located in the heart of darwin, clean and tidy room, clean and tidy surroundings and pool area. Help and freindly staff 24/7, nice and quiet even though next to backpackers, will be booking again as is very good value for money accommadation.

Guest comments	Reception service was not friendly or couteous. The room offered was smelly. Had to open window and turn air conditioning to try to get rid of smell. Despite this, the smell was still there. Requested to have another room. The room was very small and had very little space around to place bags.
