| Guest comments | Well maintained and very clean. There are shops in the first few floors and a food court with lots of stalls to choose from. Food prices average. The pool was under renovation. However, the place is so huge that it takes quite sometime to get help/service, especially with luggage. We had to drag our luggage from the check-in counter to our suite and back to the check out counter as it was faster than waiting for the concierge. Check-in/check-out, however, was a breeze. There's security before entering the elevators going to the suites (you need to show your key card) but the security personnel was not that friendly, somewhat treating everyone entering as a potential gate crasher. We walked around outside the Venetian but there's no other place to go to. Location from the Airport is about a 5 minute-drive, 15 minutes from the city. A long 10 minute-walk going to the shuttle buses going to the ferry & Sands casino. I would recommend a little improvement with regard to the service. | ||
