| Guest comments | I stayed there in september 14-19 2008. Bad experience. Front desk staff is not polite and helpful. Problems to get the room that we reserved, also if you have a guest to the room, you must pay 500 K (it was 1000 k but bargain!) even you stay in double room. Strange rules and may formalities. Security personels at the elevators very pushy and beyond any respects they are acting very strange and unpolite. Even I stayed there in 2002, this time it was beyond my expectations expectations. I will not stay again there. Staff should be trained to be more professional and respectful. | ||

| Guest comments | Great location, close to public transport; with the sky-train you can be in the city-centre within minutes. Very spacious single-room in the annex, but no window in the room, and the air-conditioning not coping properly with the Bangkok heat | ||
