The front desk lady is very helpful. Nice and clean room. Excellent location.

we had a great stay in this hotel, for a family with 2 very young boys our room was a little small, but for a short stay it's great. Recommend this hotel, just for the location.

Great location, close to many great landmarks and restaurants, accessable by public transport. Room was clean but on the small side, considering the price. Staff were helpful but on the whole not very knowledgable about the city or current attractions.

This hotel is right were you want to be whilst in sydney . Everything is in walking distance / shopping / food/ ferrys/ monorail/ shuttle bus to airport etc . We walked to the opera house/ bridge / center point / paddys market / Luna park . If you are able bodied and reasonably fit exploring sydney from here is easy. The rooms are not over big but they are clean and all a person needs . After all you dont go on holiday to stay in your room .

We had a great stay,the staff were very friendly and the buffet breakfast was also great

The room was very small for the price and they only supplied one towel per person

1st, Hotel staff allowed people to push in line whilst others waited patiently to check in, i had to comment to the person that there were 3 others before him as the staff were about to check him. Staff should be aware of the guests. This happened again later during the day whilst i had to check in my credit card as it was forgotten the first time around. 2nd, Room was clean but very small, other guests showering at midnight could be heard quite loudly. No bedspread just a few white sheets on the bed, toilet cistern not mounted to wall or previously broken off. Blinds did not cover the whole window and were very transparent and as soon as sun was up the room was full of light. Other than that the location was good and very close, parking not far from hotel. Just disappointed compared to many other places we have stayed at with the lack of effort put in to maintenance and privacy of room. Usually i dont review hotels but i couldnt believe how many things were ordinary

Location so close to city at a very reasonable price is what attracted me to the Ibis at Darling Harbour. I was not disappointed!

Great for the purpose of airport flights and overseas travel etc... Convenient, cheap and cheerful.

Small room, but great location! Short walk undercover to shops, convention centre or Darling Harbour.

Ibis Hotel Darling Harbour was an excellent experience, most enjoyable and a very pleasent quite holiday location. I will be staying there again in the future.

The hotel was clean and well organised. the room was a little on the small side, but overall it was what we expected for the rate and the location. The location was perfect and the service from the staff was also very good. We would be happy to stay again.

Room was a little small and upon booking was told we'd have water views and didn't. a little expensive for what we got.

Small pokey room - no value for money

First up, booked a budget room, so got a small room near the fire escape on the 9th floor. Were quickly moved form a similar but more noisy room when we complained - good. iBistro is a rip off - watered down pumpkin soup followed by an $18 hamburger that that was dry and unappetizing and bland, with a handful of dry fries to keep it company. The room was clean and relatively well appointed for its size, and the few staff we dealt with were pleasant.

Quite pricey for the standard of room provided. I was disappointed in the decor and condition overall, I expected something nicer. The view however more than made up for any fleeting wishes for something nicer but.... I probably wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is pretty basic for the money, but the Location is great.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received, although car parking directions could have been better. Enjoyed our stay in Sydney and will certainly be recommending your hotel to family and friends.

First time staying at this hotel. Enjoyed the experience. Rooms a little small but ok for a short stay. Would stay again.
