Excelent vacation - Nice starf and very good location near Oxford Street

Great, great, great!! With it's central location, free wifi (foyer & bar only) you do end up with a great deal. Plenty of places within a block to eat ay for under £10. They tend to the room twice a day and a always there to help. First class hotel!

Very good location. Underground station and Oxford Street near. Optional 3 £ service charge/night a bit odd.

what a fantastic hotel this is. service is wonderful. staff are very welcoming and approachable. lovely room, great bathroom, comfortable bed. we upgraded on arrival to a larger room for 20pounds per night. the upgraded room was large and well furnished. the location is fantastic. a couple of minutes to oxford street, selfridges, 15 minutes walk to green park, 15-20 minutes walk to soho and west end. this will be my first choice for my next visit for london.

Hotel is very central, close to Oxford street, staff very friendly, cleanliness, nice rooms etc. Oly one thing is missing - coffee and tea making facilites.

Excellent hotel, fabulous location, lovely design, very clean and comfortable and very friendly, courteous, helpful staff. A real gem. Only facility I would have liked would have been a jug and tea/coffee in the room otherwise superior service.

Very good location behind Oxford Street but disappointing in other ways. The room was not ready and I was left standing waiting even though we arrived after check in time. This made me furious after a long journey. I was pointed to the bar but no service or complimentary beverage. No complimentary parking. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room (health and safety apparently!) and we asked about taxis and were told no need to order as they were 'always there'. When we wanted a taxi to take us to the Dorchester there was 'not much chance of a taxi within the next 30 mins'. Although the Concierge was most helpful - a credit to this impersonal hotel.

Nice hotel in perfect location. Expensive, though got special deal through this web site. However no breakfast included. Got it in an restaurant outside the hotel.

Very nice hotel and quiet, great location

The hotel was really nice and the staff were really nice too. Only little recommendation was that the tv was a bit too far away from the bed. Also it would have been nice to have a daily refill of used showers products.

My stay was excellent hotel perfect

wonderful place,wonderful place, wonderful place..... the hotel is one of the bast we stayed in our life. the room was enough for two. bathroom was very clean. the towels were new. we just hired the room thats why we didn't use the restaurant but i think that the restaurant is good too. the hotel has very polite and people working. i am very pleased of everything.

Our stay at the Mandeville could not have been more enjoyable. We arrived at 8am after a very long flight, and they had a room ready for us by 9am which we found quite amazing. Excellent service and very helpful staff. Great location only 2 blocks from Bond St underground. Would recommend highly.
