This was my third time at Marina Mandarin, and this time it was better than ever.

Very impressed with this Hotel. Very nice and roomy room. Excellent facilities and a very nice restaurant. Perfect location, right on the square shopping complex, and central to where ever you might want to visit in Singapore. We highly recommend this Hotel, and would definitely stay there again if we ever went back to Singapore.

Exceptional customer service at this hotel. Great location for shopping with the hotel having direct access to the Marina Square shopping centre. Easy to navigate your way around Singapore from this location. If your a wine drinker be prepared to pay nothing short of $80 Singapore dollars for a bottle but this is the case with all venues in Singapore. Would stay here again!

Good location... 10 mins walks to Esplanade and marina bay. close to MRT station. And just across the road to Suntec hub of city sightseeing bus (Hippo service)... If you not aim for shopping but rather going around... this is better than staying in the orchard..

Enjoyed the scenery from the room. Love that it faces most of Singapore's known landmarks. Reception service is good, staff greeted and assisted me as soon as I step in front of the counter. Convenient to go to just about anywhere because it's near the MRTs.

Marina Mandarin is located in the heart of the Marina district within easy walking distance of main attractions and eating places. It is comfortable and well appointed; the room was spacious and staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

I arrived on a long haul flight very early in the morning and to my pleasant surprise I could get a room immediately. The Hotel is somewhat aged but the room was very clean and I had an overall very good experience. The only thing I don't like about most of the larger hotels in Singapore is that internet comes still at a significant cost (over SGD 20 for 24h).

Great hotel.Location is within walking distance to singapore flyer and river area. Shopping centre attatched was handy when it was raining as you didn't have to leave hotel to access it. Rooms are a good size.Buffet breakfast a bit expensive though so i suggest you try the shopping centre.Would stay again.

The hotel give me a wonderful view of Singapore river side.

Had a pleasant stay, very convenient location, professional staff

Though is one night stay but it was fantastic! The employees are friendly and always give a warm smile. At check-in I told them my room booking was meant to be a surprise for my daughter's birthday and they actually upgrade the room and arranged a complimentary birthday cake has it delivered to our room especially for my daughter.

Very accessible to the Suntec Convention center and to shopping and dining places

Very nice hotel in Singapore, impressive reception area and great view from my room of the harbour, flyer and sands. One complaint is wifi is $10 per hour, for the price I am paying I expect free wifi in the room.

Me , my wife and my 4 chidren stayed at the Hotel for 3 nights between Christmas and New year, i did like the Hotel location which quite convenient for me to move around in Singapore. I have also found that taking MRT to and from Universal Studio at Sentosa, Orchard Road and all was rather covenient. There is also good and inexpensive food court right next door and a huge shopping mall. Thus, I do feel quite at ease for 3 days stay here. Thanks.

Everything was good, except -- the sound of the lobby singers/entertainment went all the way into the rooms and our ears all night. The structure of the hotel traps and magnifies any sound and there is no escape from it from any place within the hotel. The caged chirping birds provided an unwanted natural alarm clock every morning. Also, our room was at the poolside and we were subjected to the constant murmur of the machines at that side of the hotel. Don't they ever turn off those machines at night, save some energy and be green?

decent hotel in prime location. Negative experiences during my stay were that after notifying hotel that our arrival would be delayed due to adverse weather in europe we finally arrived at 10:00 am saturday instead of the scheduled 17:00 friday. When we did finally arrive tired and eager to get some rest one of our party was allocated a twin room instead of the specified king size bed without explanation, after immediately complaining we were told that the hotel was fully booked the previous evening and consequently the double room had been let and would not be available for another hour - in the event this became 3 hours and only after insistent complaints was this achieved. This was totally unacceptable since the room was booked on a no refund basis and therefore the hotel had no business reletting the room and making us wait to occupy the room we had paid for.
