Quiet, central location to city and Darling Harbour, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, wouldn't hesitate staying for a week or more, everything provided.

Nice hotel with well furnished and spacious rooms. An excellent location right on Darling Harbour and just a few minutes walk to the CBD. Breakfast in their Lime Cafe was good and inexpensive. Reception staff were very helpful and gave good advice when requested. Reccomended.

This was a wonderful hotel, all the staff were so helpful. It was a wonderful location, just across the road from Darling Harbour which was great as our Cruise was leaving from there. Would recommend this hotel to anyone & will stay there again if ever we go back to Sydney.

A lovely spacious apartment, quiet although near heavy traffic flows. Close to many attractions - centrally situated.

Absolutely fantastic. Best hotel in Darling Harbour I have stayed in! Lovely room (given upgrade) with balcony overlooking water. Walked out the door and right at Darling Harbour and restaurants. Walk to city and shops. Small kitchen which always very handy. Just loved it!

Front desk very cold and inefficient. Rest fine

Rugs are in need of replacement . No frying pan . Asked front desk and they said that there should be one and that they would see to it . By the time we checked out , still no frying pan .... but other than that, they were very helpful and we quite enjoyed our stay. The best part was it's location : 1 street off the Darling Harbor ; we actually had a partial view of the water . Would recommend the hotel.

Nice Hotel if you want to stay close to Darling Harbour. We were going on a cruise, so it was perfect. Big room, very clean.

The location of the Medina was perfect close to everything. The views from the room were also great. I only wished they provided extra blankets in the each room as the only blanket was on the bed.

Location is second to none - a few minutes from Darling Harbour or from the centre of Sydney. Apartment was larger than expected with the bedroom being separate from the main area. Self contained apartment with kitchen and laundry facilites makes it very comfortable.

Fantastic service and very friendly staff. Fantastic location, walk 20 steps and you're on the whalf. decor a bit dowdy but clean and tidy.

I have no problems recommending this hotel and would stay here again. Location is fantastic right on the wharf near lots of bars and restaurants, plus 5 minute walk to monorail to access everywhere else. Room was clean, spacious and good with double doors and windows to keep out sound. Balcony makes for fun after a night out, watching people coming out of bars to catch taxi's on a Fri & Sat night.

Was a little shocked at the outside appearance, thought the name "Grand" sort of put it up there with the Sheraton, however once inside I was pleasantly surprised. The Staff without exception were very good, the place was nice and clean. I had a suite and the kitchen facilities were perfect. There is also a Pool, Sauna & Gym which I wasn't expecting. Over all the experience was very good and would definitely stay there again

Well layed out and spacious rooms. Can be a bit difficult to locate entrance when first arriving.

The hotel is located right on King Street Wharf with a number of excellent restaurants and bars. It's also only a 10 minute walk around to Darling Harbour. The only down side was the fee for parking. A bit steep even for the city.
