The staffs were very friendly, courteous and most importantly service with a smile. The concierge especially Mr Hung & Mr Quon were very helpful and polite too. The breakfast was good, the hotel rooms were clean and the rates were value for money. enjoyed my stay. My Only concern is that I had to pay extra for Internet service. Most of the hotels in this category does include internet now a days. May have to re think for next stay in Vietnam.

Basically a clean and tidy hotel. Staffs are friendly. Perhaps they can improve the menu for in-room dining. I'll still consider this hotel if I do travel to Ho Chi Minh.
