nice located near hong kong airport. adjacent to mrt station making you easy to go to anywhere in hong kong. great food with reasonable price.

This Hotel is great for a stop over. We only had 8 hours between 2 flights and needed a good rest. To our surprise we got a free shuttle bus service on arrival as well as on departure. Great! We love to stay again in the future.

Stayed here in may 2011 after a gap of 3 years and was welcomed like a long-lost friend. Reception went out of their way to get us into the room as soon as possible - and we turned up at 0900 after a trip from Paris! An ideal place to break a very long journey - very handy to the airport; free shuttle (10 mins) from the airport (aisle B16); MTR in the complex; good range of shops plus easy access to Tsing Yi and maritime square for any that are missing (Marks and Sparks, for example); adequate range of restaurants in the complex; easy access to Taste supermarket. Only drawback is that the bathroom is not separated from the bedroom - the toilet is separate as is the really excellent shower - so a curtain or screen to provide a little extra privacy would be good.

We have chosen the hotel after being in Hong Kong for business to be near to Disney Land (a must to see for our 9 year old daughter) and the airport because of early departure. Our stay was perfect and having the Executive Floor was just the cherry on top.

I've stayed at the Citigate a few times now as I do business at the airport. Location is great for business and also for shopping at the factory outlets next door. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. For the first time I ate in the hotel and was impressed with the buffet breakfast.

Its always such a suprise to remember the pricing of hotels in Hong Kong, none of them are cheap or even value for money for what you get. This hotel is very very good, terrific breakfast options, very good hotel gym, close to the easy to use Hong Kong rail system, and pretty good views all around. great location and pick-up service for airport needs.

We have stayed there twice on our way back to the UK from NZ. Ideal place to stay, just a few mins form the airport on the courtesy bus. Great shopping centre just up the escalator with train into the city if you want to venture out. Cable car up to Giant Buddha just over the road, it was so misty on the day we went up there that we couldn't see the Buddha until we were a few feet away from it - it must be spectacular on a fine day! Lovely bar, great free nibbles with a drink and tasty bar food. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Proximity to the airport and complimentary transfers were found to be very helpful. Suggestions for improvement: Provide complimentary high-speed internet access in room for regular Accor Club guests.

Free internet/wifi should be provided as this is so popular used all over the world. Even in Qld, Australia, motels provided free internet!

An excellent hotel, comfortable and with impeccably trained staff. Located close to the airport with courtesy coach the citygate is ideal for an overnight stopover. While it would not be ideal for someone spending several days in Hong Kong, there is a rapid transit station in the retail mall that adjoins the hotel. The price is reasonable having regard to the standard. I shall stay again.

The hotel is connected to a big outlet mall. The restaurant provides a good breakfast with a reasonable price 122 HKD.

Great hotel, very comfortable, the only complaint is there is no power point near the mirror. Breakfast was really good.

A very modern, clean hotel. Convenient for HKG international airport and part of the City Gate shopping mall.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night only. Nice location with free shuttle bus to/from the airport which is about 15 minutes ride. The hotel is just walking distance to the shopping area.
