At first, I am not belived in online booking, some of my friends had a very bad experience with other agents. This is the first time having online booking, i need to thanks HotelClub, they offer me the very low room rates that i can't belived, the services is very good. I will recommended to all my friends and my business partners. Thank you very much HotelClub.

We stayed at One World Hotel from 26 to 29 Jan 2011 We are very Happy,Tha staff are very friendly and helpful No problem with checking in and out

The location of the hotel is not convenient if you intend to travel to KL. The hotel provides shuttle service to KLCC but not frequent enough. The taxi fare was R$35.00 per trip from 1 Utama to Jalan Sultan. 1 Utama mall is a great place for 'shoppaholics'. A great place to stay- just to relax, shop and feast.

Overall I am very happy with this hotel. The only thing needs to improve is the service efficiency. I was sitting at the lobby lounge for more than 20mins before the waitress came to serve me. I asked to replaced a light bulb in the room and the technician never arrive.

There are only two free shuttle services to KL central each day. Hence access to hotel is mainly by taxi as other mode of transport is inconvenient

Lovely room, friendly staff, awesome horizon pool. Not a fantastic location for us, but for one night, it was a nice experience. Particularly liked the plate of fresh fruit. Great pity we had to check out at 3.30am to catch a plane!!
