This was a great place to stay. Only issue was reading the maps to put us in the right direction. The staff were very efficient and looked after us the best in our stay this holiday.

Access to the Crystal Club certainly lifted my experience here. A great location in terms of bars etc. Shuttle bus to City Hall MRT handy. Extremely helpful staff.

I booked this hotel for a girl's birthday. I was completely tramatised when i checked into the room. The size is smaller than what was shown online. I then called to upgrade my room & they said all are the same sizes. It's gonna be disappointing for her. I could easily get bigger and classier 5star hotel for about $30 extra elsewhere. This hotel isn't even 5star i guess. Yet it's almost the same price!! The birthday girl; an indonesian girl- who came & left 9pm to the cab waiting area. One of the indian staff was very rude to my friend. He ONLY opened the door to welcomed/send-off caucasians guests. When it was my friend's turn, he gave a look like obviously she was not a hotel guest and DID NOT even open the cab door for her. He just WALKED away!! Most staffs are very friendly but the cleaners are weird!!Knock on my door EARLY MORNING 9am+ to wake me up and ask stupid things like "If i've consumed anything from the frigde?".

Good hotel. Nice quiet location short cab ride from everything and 5 mins walk to restaurants at Clarke Quay. Bed and pillows were a bit on the firm side but other than that a good place to stay. Great pool for colling off after a long day of shopping in Singapore.

Hotel and staff where excellent, the room was a reasonable size, the reason for me booking this hotel was due to the fact that it said that it had a Laundry service and laundry facilities (which to me means i can do my own washing) but it didn't have this so i had to either hand wash or pay! So i guess you could say our room looked like a chinese laundy at times.

I have stayed here before, nice hotel and location. The only improvement would be to get some decent pillows instead of rubber ones which are hard as rocks...Will stay again but might need to bring my own pillow...

Excellent facilities, apart from no wifi in rooms. For the price paid I'd expeect that - a cable connection to a PC is no good for smartphones! Not the best in terms of value for money in Singapore.

Excellent hotel very clean and new. Had a shuttle bus which took you to alot of different places very handy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent location at Clarke Quay would definately recommend,

After coming from Phuket, Singapore seemed very expensive but, I guess, compared to other hotels in the area this seemed an average price. Clarke Quay was a great place to stay as we were close to shops, eateries and an MRT station. The trains were fantastic and very cheap. I was disappointed that the hotel only seemed to want to book us onto tours and gave no iinformation out about the local transport. We easily managed a trip to Changi Memorial using local trains and buses, everything was very easy to follow and all in English. Heaps of things to do in Singapore. I'm sure we will visit again one day.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff. Initial room smelled very strongly of smoke but was promptly moved to another room.

Top hotel, great people, would stay there again & again

This hotel is very conveniately located close to food and entertainment areas and within walking distance of Orchard road and other areas along the Singapore river.The hotel ammenities and staff were first class.I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to friends visiting Singapore.I will definately stay here again.

Very good all round, just tardy with luggage delivery to our room to the point where we had to go down to the lobby to collect it ourselves.

This hotel was excellent, just a short stroll to the Singapore River with many restaraunts to choose from and a short walk to Clarke Quay MRT Station, also was only opened last year. A very nice Hotel

Beautiful hotel, well located to shops and eating places Beautiful views and pool area Great service, cheaper breakfast easily available close by plus supermarkets. Bit of a walk to the MRT-train 15min Recomend this hotel -great stay

Club room good value with many extras including free afternoon tea & open pour drinks including spirits. Breakfast and unlimited internet also included... Rooms are on the small side but the "river-side" rooms have spectacular views. Staff very friendly and happy to offer a late check-out if requested. Hotel has a very big pool but unfortunately no pool-side service. This hotel is in a very good location, close enough to Clark Quay to enjoy the fun-filled bar and eating areas, but far enough away from the noise of the pubs & clubs. Only downside is the size of the rooms & lack of facilities in the lobby / bar area, this is not an issue if you book for the Crystal Club as you have priority check-in on the 10th floor & use of the club room for breakfast, eating & drinks. Will stay here again soon... Overall this is a really good place to stay, upgrade to Crystal Club if you can afford, genuine good value for money at this property

New and handy to most things. Has a bus to MRT which is about 2kms away. Staff friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Great little hotel! Only dissappointment was breakfast in the restaurant if ordering a la carte. Stick to the buffte otherwise you'll wait a long time! really appreciated the provision of shower facilities for thsoe leaving late at night. Decor is hip and trendy. Reception, concierge and stff in front of hotel were really helpful and hospitable.

Hotel is really good. Perfect location. Has free shuttle bus. Room is small, but nice, fridge is really small, you can't put anything in it, as it's all occupied with provided stuff. No iron in the room. Must buy one.
