A lovely, classy hotel. Helpful reception staff; spacious, comfortable rooms. Ours was facing the inner courtyard so it was blissfully quiet, even though the hotel is on a massive, busy junction. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. There are nice features in the public areas, like the beautiful white marble staircase. Breakfasts were very comprehensive with good quality food. Staff spoke good English (very few other people in Warsaw seemed to speak any other language, but Polish) and were very helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

Had a really wonderful experience at this "Grand Hotel" in the heart of Warsaw. Everything was first-rate, especially the breakfast.
