seriously - the people behind the counter and all their supporting staff are "second to none". Nowhere do you experience he level of considerate, polite, genuine interest and friendliness from people like the Malay people. The hotel is quite simple, yet incredibly tidy and very welcoming, well positioned for transport, markets and malls. the breakfasts are entertaining - not a full experience at all - but don't get me wrong, its not from lack of trying - they take what they offer very seriously - its wonderful. i highly recommend the Prescott. Good value for money!

It was a very good place to stay in for it's price. Free wi-fi in all rooms was very useful. Some portion were under renovation during my stay (October 2010) but it was still decent. The room was able to accomodate 4 of us. I would come back next time.

while the hotel was under renovations, and the staff had difficulty in communicating and helping, I liked the place. Very reasonable price and good facilities.

As we arrived, the lobby was a complete building site, there weren't even any safe steps up to the entrance. no renovations had been stated on any website, you don't find out until after you have paid and turned up. Breakfast was dismal, old soft chocolate cereal, dried up fruits etc. TV doesn't work properly. You have to get a new code for the internet each day. Staff are ok, housekeeping are friendly enough. Food from the restaurant/room service, totally below standard. Not too far from monorail, 2-4minutes walk.

the air conditioner was not in very good condition. limitation of blankets. value for money.

room was comfortable enough, lrt/trains etc within walking distance. however during the night, the area does not seem very safe as it was very quiet & not very well lit. just take extra pre-cautions if you are returning late & need to walk to the hotel. parking space is also very limited. enjoy your stay .... .

Very poor public relations were displayed by front desk staff. The hotel under renovations during our visit, there were no help with regard to luggage. Poorly arranged tables and chairs at the restraunt during breakfast.

Good location,near monorail station.Good view,can see KL tower and Petronas.Food is OK.

Extremely pleased with the Prescott Inn. I arrived very late at midnight at the same time as a large tour party and was dealt with in a and my booking was actioned with efficiency and courtesy, a real bonus to be up graded. Room very clean, well appointed and equipped. Staff extremely helpful and so polite. Highly recommended and will go back. The Prescott is close to the Monorail so easy access to all facilities.

from my opinion overall is good but only the parking facilities is not good enough.

Stayed here many times. Recommended. Free parking, nearby restaurants. Internet WIFI very fast. Receptionist very helpful, thanks to Shareizal:)

I've stayed in the hotel a few times and I liked it very much. EVen recommended to my friends and relatives and they also liked it. Front desk service is good except for one whom I think need to go for course. Either than that no problem. Good and the price is right. Easy to get around, hungry no problem, 24 restaurant is just infront. It would be great if they have family room or Quad Room. Thanks.
