Excellent location,the price i got at hotel club was good value for money.

Rather curious place + a little claustrophobic. Cheap hotel in expensive city, but you get what you pay for. Clean, and reception helpful, but only really a place to rest your head overnight.

A very good hotel for the price, great location near to Paddington or Lancaster Gate stations. Rooms are small but with nice refurbished shower rooms and tea making facilities. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast of tea/coffee, juice, toast and cereals is fine and the toasters are always fun (sometimes they work but usually you have to hold the button down until your toast is done!)

Good location, clean, very basic hotel - you get what you pay for. Ok for an overnight stop.

The Prince William's location was excellent, really convenient for us having a short break to do some shopping and sightseeing. I'd read some previous reviews which suggested it was awful but booked anyway because it was cheap and I'm not usually fussed where I sleep. As a place just to rest it was ok if desperate but there were a few worrying points. When we arrived the receptionist didn't greet us at all. This wasn't a big deal but when I handed over our confirmation I felt like I was being interrogated. I'd booked a triple room online as it was cheaper than a twin and he started questioning that there were just two of us. The room was ok overall except both bedsheets and my pillow were stained and there ws no bath plug and the shower didnt work properly, so we had to wash in the sink. Overall I wouldnt stay again, but it was cheaper than i could find elsewhere.

At less than £40 for a double en-suite room in central London you can't expect too much - this place was about average for facilities/cleanliness in the budget range but staff on the 24 hr reception were friendly and the breakfast of toast, cereral, OJ and coffee was fine

Good basic budget hotel if you don't mind the smell of Indian food!

I was very happy with the location it was a few minute walk from paddington station. The lady at reception was pleasant and polite. My room was hoever in the basement ( B4 ). I was a little nervous opening the door but was pleasantly suprised. It was very clean, very small but still was sufficient space for one maybe even 2 ppl for a short stay. It had a double bed which wasnt too uncomfortable. The bathroom was actually quite modern and clean. My only 2 issues were the noise...from both traffic and fellow guests/restaurant staff, and the other issue was when i woke up in the morning i realised there was a blood stain on the pillow...it was on the pillow not the pillow case so it was obviously from a previous guest..that grossed me out...but other than that I would possibly stay there again...but check the pillow first.

Location is great and the room was clean. However, the bed was horrible and the rooms are very noisy. You can hear every word your neighbours say....

Good place for budget traveler. Elevator till 4-th floor only. Narrow maze of corridors.

Expectations of London hotels are low and this was about average - very small bathroom and lift/hallways. Breakfast was very overcrowded one day and gave up trying to eat. Service from reception VG

Decent place for the price. Reasonably clean and well maintained. Facilities-wise lacking a little especially during heatwaves as the fans provided are not strong enough for some rooms which can be very hot. Good location and staff are very friendly. Stayed there a few times and definitely would recommend to people with small budget. Very convenient location.

Good value for money. Clean room and bathroom, everything in proper order and works all right. The only thing is that i had a room on the 1st floor near the elevator so it was a bit noisy. No breakfast served. In general i liked the hotel and would stay there again if in London.
