The staff especially Tania went out of their way to help us. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. We would certainly stay there again.

The room was dated but clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was exactly what we would expect for a road trip overnight stop where you don't need to spend much time in the room.

hotel was very good except for heating in the room which Ihad to ask for portable heat . They are in the process of chaging the heaters because they do not work properly

A very clean, modern room with all the amenities you would expect. Situated in a quiet part of the city within minutes of the Hume Highway by-pass. The Restaurant is superb for dinner (though a little expensive) the menu was varied and interesting with the food cooked to perfection. (We had steak, crispy skinned duck breast and lamb). There was complimentary wireless internet as well. A great stop-over from Melbourne to Sydney.

Very well located. It's a 'mature' building and maybe a littel bit tired, but the attitude and attentiveness of the staff more than compensated for this. Recommended.

The accommodation is clean and comfortable, reasonable size room and more importantly bathroom. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Located within walking distance of the Conference Centre and town centre. We had a party of 10 one night and we chose Tappas which was very nice and they have quite a good wine list. Very affordable!
