Quality Inn Napier Reviews

Excellent service from Receptionists and Waitresses. Cleaners do a wonderful job - the room was spotless. Although it would have been nice to have bin liners in the rubbish bins. (Perhaps Quality Hotel has its reasons why there were none.) Lunch was very nice. We will definitely book accommodation at Quality Inn Napier again.

Well located and newly renovated makes this an easy place to stay.

Very friendly staff, centrally located, lovely pool & reasonbly priced. We will definately stay there again this year.

The location is great and motel is newly refurbished but my serious comment is the receptionist didnt even smile nor greet properly a customer just say "hi"and looks so bored. We arrived on 12pm 26th December so if Quality Inn manager is reading the customer's comment then he should know who i am referring to. Toilet is ok but when i am about to use the towel there was a 3 strands of hairs on the folds and looks like they didnt fluff away the towels from the washing machine...obviously the reason why there are some "things"on it. It is a shame really..the facilities are good and very good location just in front of Marine Parade and other attractions/activities but some staffs let us down. Not good starter to have your holiday mood but eventually we make the most of our time in Napier and Hastings etc.

Lovely clean hotel no noise unfortunately we did not have time to use the restaurant. Will be using it more as we like to visit our friends in Napier.

Convenient situation. Cobb & Co downstairs could do with updating perhaps but meals were ok. Breakfast was quite expensive. Continental breakfast had been cleared away before we even got to the dining room even though there was still an hour to go before breakfast finished.

Booked two triple rooms lucky we were early and got a stretcher. which was brought upto our room quicker than we were able to unload our car. Walking distance to everything and a family restaurant attached to the motel.

Rooms are fine with all the requirements I need for one night. They have spent alot on the renovation of the room but it is let down somewhat by a fairly average iron which was difficult to use. Good location and fairly quiet.

We stayed one night and found everything to our liking - friendly and efficient reception, good , clean, spacious room with good well-ventilated bathroom, adequate tea making facilities, etc. Good value, no complaints.

Very clean and well equipped. Furnishings good. On Marine Parade near the beach and close to reastaurants and shops. Pool was clean and reasonably well heated. Only complaint was its an older hotel that had been added to. Carrying suitcases through hotel and upstairs was difficult.
