Stayed in this hotel for four nights from 10-13 June 2011. Rooms are kept clean everyday right after breakfast. Hotel staff are friendly and polite - they even assist you in crossing the street to get a taxi. Hotel is very near tour companies and relatively near the Ben Thah Market. I will recommend this hotel to travellers who wants quality service for a minimum price.

Convenient location in District One and great value for money. Close to Ben Thanh Market, shops, great restaurants and lots of bars/cafes. We had taxi services operating from out the front of our hotel which was convenient. The rooms were decently spacious and very clean. Don't expect great service. Our airline lost our baggage for a period of 4 days and the staff at the hotel were very unwilling to assist in contacting the airport on our behalf to try and work out what had happened with our bags. They didnt seem to be empathetic or willing to assist us in pointing us in the right dirction for clothes, toiletries etc. Staff often looked pretty depressed and never thanked us for staying at their hotel. The lift at the hotel also stopped working (the lights switched off and so did the airconditioning). The staff were unapologetic and did not have much to say after we were released from the lift. You get what you pay for in this hotel.
