We stayed 3 nights at the Radisson, myself and my 2 adult daughters. The Staff at Reception were outstanding and did everything they could to help us. The restaurant was great, breakfast was wonderful and the staff a delight. The hotel is so handy to everything, the tram runs outside the hotel, the free circle tram is at the corner and Melbourne Central is a 10 minute walk as is the Victoria Market. My husband and I stay in Melbourne about 3-4 times a year and we would most definatly stay at the Radisson on future visits.

We found this hotel to be in an excellent location. It was clean and staff were very friendly. The free tram or bus were so handy to get around Melbourne. Thank you for an awesome stay.

The service provided was second to none, each and every staff member were genuine and easy going. We particularly liked the staff members in the Restaurant and would definitely stay again.

An unpleasant, bad value stay at the Radisson. We were 'upgraded' to a business room. I dread to think how small our original room would have been as the room we had was very small. There was the smell of men's deodorant throughout the room, which I soon realised had been sprayed to mask the smell of cigarette smoke. Everything stank of smoke, from the towels, through to the bedding. There were no hand towels in the dated bathroom. The service in the restaurant was reasonable, but the food was dreadful. We had breakfast in our room, which was quite cold and dried up when it arrived. The images on the website imply there's a pool - there isn't, it's a large spa (jacuzzi). Unfortunately, the water was so hot, it burned us and we weren't able to stay in it for long. The changing rooms in the gym/spa were badly maintained - used towels all over the floor and only 2 clean towels left on the shelves. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Concierge were exceptional as were the reception . Breakfast staff were a pleasure to be around welcoming and helpful. Will be back thanks for a wonderful stay.

Have stayed here before. this time we had a view over the park. Just fantastic. On the third floor and you could only just hear the passing traffic if you tried very hard. Great access to the Vic Market and trams. Will stay again if can get the right rate. No complaints.

Food apalling. Dirty trays left all along the corridor on level 2 for 24 hours (Sunday 22 August) TV out of the ark! Rated 41/2 * more like 21/2 to 3 *

When we originally booked in we were given a room with lots of noise. A quick call to reception and the problem was resolved. I found the staff at this hotel eager to be of service. Food in HQ restaurant was of good quality. The rooms are a bit on the small size but are fine.

Despite being a Prmier room it was obviously quite old and in need of reburbishment / lick of paint. The main arrivals, restaurant, consierge etc were in better condition. Staff were particularly friendly. Food was average for the price. Location was excellent to do anything in Melbourne CBD or outskirts via City Circle tram - free. On the absolute doorstep of Queen Victoria Market - check opening days & times.

Marvelous and very accomodating staff, particularly HQ Manager and Concierge Manager. Room was lovely, breakfast was fantastic, would highly recommend this hotel again as it is my 2nd stay.

Fronto office staff were fantastic. Especially ROB & MISHA. I would go back just for them.
