Beautiful rooms and decor in atrium with nice classical background music. NOTE:this is not beside the international airport, just a regional one. I learned this the hard way and almost missed a flight had it not been for the cab driver who took me to Taoyuan. The front desk verbally told me it was next to the right airport although they must have misunderstood my English. About 8 minute walk to closest MRT (zhongshan jr high school) including walk over across streets. They provide a ethernet cable for free in-room internet. Free Hot breakfast served upstairs was a large selection however the taste was a bit below average. Shower was tiny, i had to crouch, this was in a deluxe room suite.

Service The front desk personnel speaks good english and are very accomodating. They guided us with directions and are very friendly. We reserved for a superior room but since the hotel is fully booked when we arrived, they offered us a suite instead with no additional charge. Room The room is clean and spacious. We are very particular with the comfort room and they did not fail us. The comfort room is spacious and has a bathtub with hot and cold shower. General/Pricing It is very affordable and offers great service. The breakfast as well is very tasty. With variety of dishes per day. Location The hotel is near the MTR. It is very convenient. It is at the heart of the famous attractions and malls.

Counter staff was friendly. Good location for us as it was just a short stroll to the MRT station and airport bus stop. However, service was inconsistent - replenishment of room amenities of the 2 rooms we had was never the same.

Appearance is was bit dirty, but staff were friendly. Fair price for this hotel and close to an MRT station. (other reviews I read say it's a rip-off... but what do you expect for this price in the city???) I would stay here again - if I could not find a similar price hotel closer :)
