Straight forward stay staff were great. My wife had her handbag stolen however, but all staff really tried to help us, they allocated a manager to assist us and found the thief on CCTV so over to police now. The hotel gas us complimentary breakfast which was a lovely gesture. Whole booking experience was good although we specifically asked formamriom With 2 adults and 2 children which the booking agent said the would do, on voucher there was no mention of our children, but beds are huge! And the hotel ended up providing 2 roll away beds-they were great Thanks again

This hotel was nice. The pool looked amazing, unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use it. The internet was very expensive.

Nice spacious room, large bathroom, excellent shower. Free shuttle service to/from the airport. Friendly staff. However, mini-bar wasn't stocked and room service was very expensive. Food very uninspired with even worse execution. Grilled ham and cheese sandwich for instance arrived in the form of cold fries and unmelted, processed cheese in between slices of untoasted bread. Also, if you serve your drinks in bottles with a closed crown cap, provide a bottle opener as well. Large but disappointing selection at breakfast buffet. Just heating up (and oversalting) canned mushrooms isn't good enough! Major night-time construction work just in front of our room wasn't mentioned at any time and made it hard to sleep. Complimentary earplugs would have been the minimum. Cleanliness disappointing. If I wanted stains on my bedsheets, I wouldn't choose a four star hotel. Overall only recommended if you get a very good deal, never get hungry and absolutely need to stay in that specific area.
