Everything was very good, staff very friendly and helpful. Only compliant was that there was mould in the shower. Otherwise excellent

We were very happy with The Royce. As a busy family, my wife and I were pleased to take a night out just for ourselves and relax. The Royce made this happen for us. We will surely go back there again.

Reception staff very helpful
Restaurant staff very efficient, food great
Trams just outside hotel really quick if you haven't a car
My only comment on the rooms would be that the lighting in the bathroom ,shower and toilet area very very dim and could be improved. The shower light was like a night light you would have for a young child. (I would be concerned for the safety aspect if I was elderly).
I would certainly stay there again.
