The hotel was clean and neat..located in very convinience location..
I would recommend people want to spend time in Canberra.

The cleaning staff were very happy cordial people. Glad to hear that they are going to upgrade the rooms as they looked a little tired. Otherwise great location, and lovely dining area.

Our stay at the Hotel was a very enjoyable experience the staff were very helpful the room was very comfortable with excellent views, the location was very central and easy to access all of the attractions around Canberra.
In all I would recommend the Rydges Lakeside to anyone traveling to Canberra.

Quite convenient and with good views but lacks a decent gym and the food, particularly in the room, was quite expensive and didn't offer much choice.

Bathrooms are a little dated now (I don't like having to stand in a bath to take a shower under an old shower head), but overall still a nice hotel

Everything was great except the bathroom was very smelly with that moldy shower curtain smell. Still, this is probably one of the better hotels in Canberra that I've stayed in.
