Rydges Oasis Resort Caloundra Reviews

The room was basic, and looking a bit worn, but the location is fantastic. I loved the garden setting all around, the private patio space, and the breakfast is excellent. Sitting on a cool verandah, beside the lake, with a marvellous buffet breakfast and smiling service each morning was tops in my estimation. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful idyllic setting amongst lovely tropical gardens. Service and catering were excellent quality. Would return without hesitation.

The rooms were spacious with 2 king size beds, & a spa bath. Great location to shops , club & beaches. plenty of car parking close to the building. We would save here again.

Very lovely resort, the pool was great, with a hot SPA, the poolside restaurant is great, we have breakfast there while we swim in the pool. the amenties are great - they are organic. good services, friendly staff. good place for a weekend escape!

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room was immaculate when we arrived. The onsite restaurant and bar provided a variety of dining experiences with a lovely outlook of the pond. It was in a good location close to everything. I would gladly stay in this hotel again.

The Hotel is well situated in Caloundra but a little dated. The restaurant was excellent and we both raved about our meals.

Great beds, great pillows, generous sized room but maintenance was an issue. Ceiling light was out, tissue box was empty, toilet cistern ran water and did not shut off until you thumped it. The hallway smelled of mould. Handled all of that because of a restful night's sleep.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. Rooms were comfortable. We were within 5 minutes walk to Coles and 15 minnutes walk to the main shopping strip.. We would stay there again...

Clean room with bath spa, good quiet air-con. Comfortable beds.

Reception was very poor and rude on check in. The room was dirty espesially the bath room we wouldn't use the spa due to it hadden't been cleaned properly. Radio and alarm clook didn't work.

Very nice and extremely reasonable price. The resort is not on the beach but in a great location. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and found that it had plenty of room and close to everything we needed.

Loved the position my daughter thought the food and room were great and the staff were friendly and gave happy service..shell be back

We stay for 2 nights and the room is clean. The breakfast is average. If I need to pay $25 dollars each for that breakfast, it's not worth it. But our price include the breakfast, so can't really complain. Other than that, I will stay again as everything else is very good.

Easy to get to, right in Caloundra, walking distance to shopping centre including supermarkets and beach not that far either. Lots of on-site parking. Lovely gardens and grounds. Room kept in great condition. Buffet breakfast nice too. Would stay and even try other style of accomodation for bigger group.

Really need wireless in rooms.

Internet access is expensive. Confusion on charging when breakfast was pre-paid. Spa temperature was too low.

Good hotel, good location, quiet, food ok, but near everything like golden beach and caloundra. Staff friendly

Extremely comfortable beds. The room was very noisy as you could hear what was happening in the adjoining rooms.
