Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel Reviews

It's great if u got the family room. We stayed at a cartoon decorated room. There're kids toothbrush, pajamas n kids shampoo. The room is spacious as well as the toilet. It's expensive n not much choice to eat at hotel. The staff is helpful n help us to book a van to Shinjuku as it's snowing. Definitely will be back to stay here again.

We were upgraded to the 8th floor Penguin Floor. The interesting deco really thrilled my 7 years old! Room was hugh with comfortable beds to ensure a good night sleep. The 100 Yen mineral water at the hotel entrance was a nice touch. Only down side is the 20 mins interval for the free shuttle bus to Miahama station proved to be too long and may end up with overly crowded bus ride. Overall, we are very pleased with this hotel!

This is our return (second) stay at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel. It is not just because we are members of the Starwood Hotel group but also because it left us with a good lasting impression the first time we were there. I rated the location "good" not because it did not deserve the "very good" rating. It is only because if you plan on being in the heart of Central Tokyo, you may like to be at another hotel in town to avoid several train rides. Having said that, communting is still easy and convenient. All in all, my family and I would certainly stay there again.

excellent hotel, awesome service and would definitely stay here again if i was visiting disneyland again.

Staff doesn't understand english well.

This hotel was beautiful, spacious rooms and excellent, helpful staff. The restaurants were lovely but disappointingly, the pool was closed. Excellent shuttle service to/from station and Disneyland.
