Excellent service .Parking is expensive

Conveniently located to central shopping areas. Best rate "Stay Park & Play" and is great value for money, buffet breakfast is substantial and of high quality, self parking v. easy.

One expects any hotel in the Sheraton Group to provide quality in all aspects of its operation. Sheraton on the Park Hotel Sydney is no exception. It has a great central location; beautiful rooms; great service (no request was any trouble); great ambience and food; however it was the friendly attentive service that stands out. Will stay again and recommend to others.

Great hotel, friendly staff and good location.

Excellent location, very close to city centre, shops, public transport and restaurants. We stayed in a park side room overlooking Hyde Park and the Cathedral. The hotel's Botanic Restaurant offers very good seafood buffet. Staff are all very polite and well-trained. Our room, especially the bathroom, is very spacious and comfortable. Overall it's a very enjoyable experience.

This is a great place to stay for location, service & opulence. The room was a good size, the pillows heaven, the bathroom amazingly roomy & the bed a welcome receptor. We have no complaints & highly reccomend a stay there & also to make sure you experience the wonderful buffet breakfast which will satisfy you for most of the day.

Room was very clean and spacious. Lovely staff throughout. Hotel close to inner city shops, theatres, train station, Hyde Park. Very easy to catch train from airport to hotel and back again. Top location.

Fantastic service responsive without being obtrusive. The executive club was worth the extra dollars with an excellent selection for breakfast and lovely pre-dinner drinks and canapés

the stay was excellent and I really enjoyed there. the shopping was too close and the Hyde Park is infront the hotel.

Great property with good facailities, the room are very comfortable, great showers, the property in centrally located and is well worth staying in Robes etc are provided, shutters to black out the room so you can sleep as long as you deisre. Highly recomended

This Sheraton hotel is a very nice one, especially if you get a room with a view to the park. I got a room with "city view" which is not so great but it is ok. The overall experience was very good. I recommend this hotel. Only problem: the breakfast is very expensive for what you get.

Sheraton has a great position in Sydney right next to Hyde Park and the central shopping district. Have always enjoyed our stays here, but this time the cleanliness had slipped big time. The staff however were very quick to put things right so that's all you can ask for really.

Great location for shopping in CBD and attractions. The Sheraton has lovely appointed rooms quite spacious. The has great decor and the staff are always very friendly and attentive. I have stqyed here on a number of occassions and you cant beat the location for shopping in the centre of sydney.

the room we stayed at was the hyde park side room, the view wasnt particularly great but it the quiet side of city where you can enjoy the location and still get good quality sleep. The hotel staff have been quite helpful except one indicent where the cleaner opened my door without my permission even though she knocked. Other than that, the stay had been very enjoyable.
