Perfect location..Central for all the famous sights of London..Room a tad small but then in a city like London you are only in there to sleep..We loved it

Surrounded by theatre-land and some very good restaurants.Location could hardly be better for the West End of London. Normal rate is around £200 but Hotel Club's rate of £100 made this a bargain. Did not try the restaurant although it looked fine. Most tourists just want to get out and about to enjoy the attractions and much less expensive eateries. I was the UK host to people from 5 countries. They are all seasoned travellers and all thought this hotel was excellent value.

Right in the heart of the West End...a close walk to everything. Small room but good enough

I've stayed at The Strand Palace on four trips to London now. It is my hotel of choice in this price range, having tried several others. The location is the best. The rooms are spotless and the stAff are really helpful. It has friendly atmosphere. The only criticism would be that some of the rooms are small so ask for a large one. I will be staying there next time I visit and I recommend it highly.

Loved my stay here -- great location

very pleasant and helpful staff. very clean. ideal location for the theatres. price is good. not happy having to pay 2 pounds per item for baggage storage ie large suitcase or small hand luggage. will stay at this hotel again

I always stay here when in London. A great hotel in a great location.

The Strand Palace is in an ideal central London location. Great for the theatre, art galleries, Covent Garden, the river, restaurants, in fact just about anything you'd want to do in London. The facilities are exactly what we wanted without being over the top. Couple of decent bars. Didn't eat in the hotel, but the restaurant menu looked interesting. Breakfast was fine, although the room was a little warmer than we would have liked. All in all a good experience and one we'll be experiencing again on our next trip to London.

A very nice Hotel, clean, nice breakfasts and pleasant staff

Wonderful location. You can walk to and from practically every attraction. Excellent staff - helpful and courteous,able and willing to make recommendations and offer assistance for every small matter. View from room limited but small matter. Would strongly recommend to others and most certainly stay there again.

Quiet room, although one will always get late nighters who can always find something to chat about at midnight, outside the door. Will book again!

2 rooms booked but only one registered with hotel. Everything sorted very quickly because fortunately had booking form to present. Very good position; ability to have quiet rooms. Ample restaurant facilities and sevice by staff in all areas we required very good. Polite staff. Very pleased with stay and would stay again.

Stayed for 7 nights and could not fault this hotel for the price. All services you could need, quiet room with great facilities. Staff extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Great range of good food available 24 hours. Very convenient to theatre district, Covent Garden, the river etc I will stay again next time I'm in London.

Pretty cheap stay, awesome location with most of "tourist" london in walking distance. Hotel outsourced concierge and baggage check services, so don't take any advice from them and expect to pay.

Excellent centrally located London hotel. Clean, well decorated and with excellent service and staff. Highly recommended and beats other much more expensive hotels.

I travelled alone, and my room was very small, but adequate. The hotel is in and ideal situation if you want to spend time in the West End, theatres, cinemas and restaurants are everywhere within walking distance, or you can take one of the frequent buses that pass just outside the hotel.

great location, excellent standards from main entrance to reception and the corridors and rooms. very clean and smart rooms (club) and overall an enjoyable stay
