The service was really bad. We arrived at hotel around 14h30 the room was not ready... we got our room just when re return from the dinner! The bar never had people to serve us... In the last day we asked to a late cehck-out (just to 13h00) due the time that we didn't have the room at arrival. They refused and offer to hav a shower at spa. I left our luggage at reception. When we returned the luggage was in a storage far from reception. We spend around 30 minutes to have our lugagge (small bag)... and they didn't allow us to bring the luggage to the SPA. We have to open it at entrance, and bring out clotes in hand to go to SPA... It' really unbelivable to pay € 300/night to have this service.
