Theme Park Hotel Genting Highlands Reviews

I have known this hotel for many years, and it is still a good hotel. Well maintained. Near to go to the outdoor theme park, but indoor theme park have to walk through the tunnel bridge to reach the First World Hotel area where the indoor theme park is located. Big rooms, spacious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good, no long queue like in First World Hotel.

The room is very clean and spacious and with a great view of the mountains. It is conveniently located right next to the Outdoor Theme Park and has a covered linkway to the First World Plaza (Indoor Theme Park). The lobby has MarryBrowns, Watsons, a convenience store and an ATM machine, all very usefull. The breakfast buffet spread could be better but still ok to fill your stomach. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at Theme Park Hotel and will definetely stay here on our next visit too.. :)

very convenient to go to just about anywhere in the Genting Theme Park, easily cross over to One World. A nice place to stay.

The staff are courteous, the rooms are very clean and spacious... a very nice place to stay!

As Genting tend to have short passing showers/rain, teens who go for the Outdoor Theme Park will find it very convenient at Theme Park Hotel since it is just right next. For the other hotels like First World or Genting Resort, they will have to walk in their wet clothes in the cold for quite a while before reaching their rooms for hot shower. Besides, when it shines again, these teens can run down to enjoy the park rides again and again. They can take hot showers in and out like that, no problem. My teens had great fun!

The room is clean. Facilities provided are good such as hot & cold water dispenser every floor, toilet with washing bidet, newspaper, etc. Breakfast was great as the varities was good including many choices for vegetarians. Spacious room with one double bed + 1 single bed = deluxe room. Easy access to outdoor theme park. Overall the hotel is a good choice. Negative view: Too noisy - cars & bikes sound at night.

insufficient of transportation

Improvements needed Rooms need new carpets and blankets. Breakfast needs more choices in food. Reception lobby needs more sitting area and improved look. Breakfast staff should be more efficient and courteous. Need to have an experienced person to guide guests for transportation and fare prices.

Theme Park Hotel is located in a very nice and cool place, but we never enjoyed there. It was very noisy that we couldn't sleep whole the night. If you are looking for a quite plac to relax, forget it. In this case, I prefer Awana Hotel. When I requested the hotel's housekeeping for slipper, I had to pay MR 2 for each pair. It was the first time I saw this kind of housekeeping!!

A fantastic hotel, wihich is friendly, fantastic value and right at the theme park. Hotel room was clean with a fantastic range of food for breakfast including curries, continental breakfast . No wiifi access or kettle in the room, however coffee is not the thing in Kuala Lumpur.

the place was great to enjoy, all we got the garden view room which was big and clean. all the request made to hotel before booking was handled properly and breakfast was great. overall enjoyed the stay. request to all to take atleast 2 nights and 3 days at genting.
