| Guest comments | Excellent location. Good value for money. Staff were more than friendly. 32" flat screen TV in the room (only 3 channels).
Asked for non-smoking room and it was, but previously wasn't and I could get the smell of smoke from the curtains every time I walked into the room. Room was small with the double bed.
Overall was happy with the hotel. Would stay again and recommend if you want some place central and not spending all your time in the room. |

| Guest comments | This hotel is very well located (city central) with an excellent and lively bar / restaurant. Room rates are inexpensive and thus the hotel is very popular; but don't expect much from its very small rooms with limited amenities. |

| Guest comments | The hotel is superbly positioned to the CBD being only one-block from the central shopping area of Perth. While very small, the rooms are clean and comfortable and fine for a stay of a few days if you get out and about. TV, alarm, air-conditioning and tea and coffee facilities are provided but no biscuits. The restaurant decor is spartan but the food is excellent, plentiful and reasonably priced. The wine list is varied and reasonably priced. The continental breakfast is limited but adequate -- especially the serves of fruit. Staff are friendly and helpful |

| Guest comments | Location wise it is perfect. The hotel itself is old and needs a lot of attention. Daily room service is very basic. We were surprised at standard of the room appearance. (Having been in the industry many years myself) felt a lot of basic things could be upgraded. Meals were good and most staff were very friendly. |

very loud in the evenings, cannot sleep with window open as karaoke bar downstairs. Cannot turn air conditioning on as no temperature control, room is like refrigerator
my room located next to laundry, for a long stay the room was insufficient as I could hear washing machine and dryer consistently throughout stay. only plus is location! |

| Guest comments | Small room with v basic facilities. The airconditioning unit is outside and the rain falling on it made for a very annoying and loud noise right through the night.
Great location but I was not impressed with the rooms. |
