| Guest comments | This is one of the best mid-priced locations at the heart of Bangkok. There's food, entertainment and shopping within your reach, and the BTS station is a 5 minute-walk way. Major shopping areas like Central, Big C, Pratunum, Platinum are all within walking distance. One drawback is perhaps the 2-station train ride to MBK, but this is alright by standards.
The service was excellent, even though some of the staff had difficulty understanding English. But with ready smiles and a willingness to help for almost all of the staff that we met, the service made the experience of staying at Arnoma very pleasant and warm.
The room we were given was very clean, comfortable and beautiful, though the glasses at the minibar needed some washing prior to use. The continental breakfast was alright, and the variety was satisfying.
I am already planning for my next trip to Bangkok and will definitely stay with Arnoma again. |
