Guest commentsAircon not cold and was only allowed to change to another room the next day. Lift is not on the ground floor, hence have to carry the heavy lugguage up the stairs to take lift. Lift landing is not on the floor itself.

Guest commentsThis is the 1st time I'm staying in this hotel and I am quite happy with their services. Customer service is their priority and that is what I'm looking for. I had some difficulties looking for the hotel on the 1st day as most of the taxi drivers only knew where Baiyoke Sky Hotel is. We actually have to drive thru Baiyoke Sky to get to Baiyoke Boutique. Getting out to the main road on Petchaburi is quite tough as we need to squeeze thru a crowded lane which is opposite Platinum Mall. But nevertheless, the hotel is great. Recommended.

Guest commentsOverall the hotel is nice to stay except that is a bit noisy when people walk pass thru and talk loudly. And the carpet is a bit easy therefore is will be good if they can prepare slipper for the guest to wear during the stay.I will definetely stay at this hotel the next trip i go for bkk.

Guest commentsReasonable hotel for the price paid. Room is ok (u get wat u pay for). Location is not v accessible. Cabs cannot enter the road in the early morning or late night due to setup of stalls. Have to walk a fair bit to nearest BTS (Chidlom).

Guest commentsMaybe a rare cockroach creeped into my room because e place looks clean otherwise. good place though noth many taxi driver knows it and stops you at Baiyoke Sky instead, then you walk thru a lane along the carpark to get back (about 5mins, long if you are lazy, tired, carrying lotsa stuffs). Service is warm and great though!

Guest commentsBaiyoke Boutique Hotel is situated in a wholesale area of shops and markets in Bangkok - great shopping in this area. The Hotel itself is a little tired though the facilities are fairly much as advertised. If you need to stay in this area then It's OK

Guest commentsThe hotel was nice especially the lobby area except that the toilet room is not that clean and it needs some repair or renovation. I hope they also fix the shower and the faucet. And they also need to repair the aircon temperature. Their staff is very nice and friendly. The good thing about Baiyoke Boutique Hotel is that they have shuttle transfer every hour going to Siam so its not much of a hassle. ut definitely i would recommend this hotel to everyone especially for budget travelers.

Guest commentsThis was an average type of hotel - would have been nice to have had milk supplied in our rooms with the coffee/tea supplied
