| Guest comments | The quality of the hotel, was very bad. We have previously stayed at this hotel before and had a great room with a great view. This time we were put onlevel one, with no view and very little privacy as it over looked the lobby. The cleanliness of the room wasnt up to scratch, with dirty walls, carpets and ripped couches (have photos to prove it). Even the facilities such as the sauna, were in poor conditions. Overall the service was good, and staff did try to move us but was at capacity. Although the staff were good, we would properly not chose to stay back here in future. |

I was attending a conference at the casino, so very handy - just a 10 minute walk.
Carpets could do with replacing with a tiled floor though I think - they were worn and quite dirty.
Overall, nice apartments with modern facilities.
I would recommend this place and stay here again. |

| Guest comments | Fantastic experience, beautiful grounds, brilliant views of the ocean, we had 3 balconies, 3 tvs and Pay tv! I'd recommend Bel Air to everyone, especially families. The location was awesome - easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, Pacific Fair and Casino. While we noticed the walls might need a coat of paint in some spots, it didn't detract from our experience at all. |
