| Guest comments | *Proximity to airport very good. *Grounds and pool area, very nice.
*The restaurant did not meet expectations compared to advertised excellence, with very average pre-prepared food for the prices charged. Did not explain the public holiday surcharge up front until check-out.
No skim milk available in-house, servo over the road.
*The room was adequate for a one night stay, but the shower area was not as requested at booking.ie: suitable for a person with some mobility problems.
* Options for eating out were within walking distance and the Chinese restaurant was very popular. |

| Guest comments | The place is very noisy. The plumbing "whistles" when someone has a shower.
The cleaner entered the room without knocking, even though there was a "Do not Disturb" sign on the door.
We checked in at 4am and arranged a late check out the next day. This information was not passed on to the day staff. So we were woken at 10:30 and asked to check out. Instead of an apology for their mistake I got what bordered on abuse from the receptionist, and no hint of an apology.
Having been woken 3 hours earlier than requested the staff insisted we must wait 2 hours for the airport transfer that we had booked for 1pm. Still no apology for the mixup.
It is by far the worst place I have stayed in Australia. It proximity to the airport is the only positive. |

| Guest comments | The free shuttle bus to and from the airport is very handy. There is a free phone you can use to call the hotel from the airport to organise the shuttle, however we never got any answer using this phone. Using our mobile to call them we got an answer. There's also a few fast food outlets close by on the highway. |
