| Guest comments | I had a fantastic stay there. Its proximity to the Railway Station & LoWu Shopping center is a huge advantage. The hotel is very nice - no complaints. |

| Guest comments | The Chinese restaurant food was not great. The order in which the dishes came was confusing as we were given our rice last. Iced water was a dilemna to order but eventually was fine. Lovely hotel...staff very helpful but maybe there could be a few brochures of places to visit and shop for the tourist in other languages available on request. Enjoyed first experience in Shenzhen and will be back to this hotel.

| Guest comments | Always great to return to best western felicity shenzhen. This trip there was three in the party and the hotel had placed 3 of everything in the room did not have to ask for any extras, very pleasing.Will be back. |
