| Guest comments | Convenient location with lots of food outlets and retail stores. Only one train station from and to KL Sentral.
Front Office staff not very friendly. F&B staff are a bit aloft expecially in the morning rush hours for the breakfast buffet. Trust me, they will not clear the tables - never know the reasons why?! After staying there for just 2 days, you will know the entire breakfast buffet spread. Housekeeping staff are very approachable and friendly.
Overall, do not let the poor service distract you, but enjoy the convenience and great location instead. |

| Guest comments | For a nice hotel I was suprised that they did not provide any free wireless internet access. Given just around the corner from the hotel, cafes offering free access it was a suprise. |
