Guest comments	Excellent room, with a comfortable bed, probably the best I have slept in. Good amenities, good room service with friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Nice restaurant with good food which was, however, a little pricey. Their location is in CBD with good access by car and close to rail and buses. Car access to the main arterial roads is simple and direct.

Guest comments	We are surprised to know that we need to pay for the internet at room while even we did not need to pay this throughtout China. This kind of service hotel should offer all room guests without any charge.

Guest comments	Never had a problem booking in booking out. Hard to get a cab to the Airport from there however.

Guest comments	We like this hotel and would generally recommend it. However, on our last visit we were very disappointed with the Picasso Restaurant which has in the past been excellent. The menu has changed and not for the better. There was slow service and lack of attention and the staff seemed rushed off their feet when the place was hardly a quarter full. A great pity.

Guest comments	I was really impressed with the hotel service. It is also well located to everything, & the room was always clean & well presented. Very happy with the conference facilities, too.
