| Guest comments | I have found the sxtaff to be extremely friendly and helpful.. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when in Sydney. The hotel is central to all the facilities I require when in Sydney and parking next door is an added bonus. |

| Guest comments | For the price, this hotel is ideal for families. Location is excellent as you are within walking distance of City/Darling Harbour and very close to public transport to take you further afield. A nice quiet hotel, with large rooms and adequate amenities. Very happy and look forward to staying again. |
