| Guest comments | Eventhough I closed my door to the room, I could hear the elevator bell all night. People talking loudly in the halls all night. At check out it was very unorganised and not friendly reception staff. But the location is good. |

| Guest comments | the staff are very accomodating, they automatically upgraded our room upon check in. The buffet breakfast is also good compared to other hotels of the same ranking. Will appreciate though if they could schedule more frequent shuttle bus service to and from the hotel and the ferry terminal. |

| Guest comments | Staff are helpful, there's renovation on floor 10-11 during our stay so it's noisy after 9am, you can not sleep.
Location is good , you can walk 5 min to Fisherman Warlf. |

| Guest comments | While rated as a 5-Star hotel, it really is not!
First impressions upon arrival is that this is a very classy hotel. Reception area is large and quite impressive. Check-in procedure was efficient and friendly as would have been expected. But it's not until you get to the actual room that you realise the big "let down" because these are DEFINITELY NOT 5-Star hotel rooms. Very clean and pleasant rooms (albeit a little on the aged side..), but definitely NOT 5-Star quality by ANY stretch of the imagination. I would rate as 3.5-4 Star rating maximum.
Location, while relatively conveniently located near to the ferry terminal, otherwise, not really near anything of any consequence. However, as Macau is not all that large anyway, a short cab ride can get you to where you want to go. My partner and I even walked back from Senada Square to the hotel, with sight-seeing along the way, but it was quite a LONG walk.
Would possibly stay here again. |

| Guest comments | Value for money! The room is equivalent to a 4 or 3.5 star in Australia. Ferry, buses, mall all close by.. and casinos of course! Only down side was they did not have a double bed configuration for the standard only a twin. |

| Guest comments | I got there two hours after check-in time and my room was not ready. Without making a fuss, the reception desk upgraded me to a deluxe room and the service was always polite and helpful. This hotel deserves its stars. |

| Guest comments | Casa Real is a short walk from the ferry terminal therefore offering easy access to all casinos via their shuttle buses and ferry to Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Hong Kong International Airport. Sands casino is just around the corner and the downtown area is just a 10 minute walk away. The hotel has a nice foyer and offered us a free room upgrade when checking in, even though it was the Easter weekend and Macau was packed out with Chinese visitors. We were happy customers! |
