| Guest comments | Got there late in the day. Had a room on 7th floor very noisy with pool machinery.
Night manager moved at SPEED to find us a quiet room, and one bigger than the original as well. Mightily impressive. ALL the staff were just great - friendly and cheerful. Will stay there again when we visit, no question. Perhaps by then there will be both lifts working! |

| Guest comments | Chifley at Lennons in Brisbane or simply Lennons as it was known has long been a favourite. Being right in the Mall it is close to shopping, a close walk to Central Station and the connection to Brisbane Airport, handy to the Theatre which is the main reason for continued visits to the city. |

| Guest comments | The room was well-appointed and comfortable although the bathroom was small and dated. The hotel service was excellent: friendly and helpful at all times. The location was first-rate. We would happily stay at the hotel again. It was most convenient. |
